AF,EhIDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Of THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND
USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF BETTY LANE
NORTH OF STEVENSON CREEK, CONSISTING OF 'LOT 21 BLOCK A,
STE'VENSON'S HEIGHTS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1524
STEVENSON DRIVE, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW: PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

comprehensive plan: now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1.. 'The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the
