5846-95 ORDINANCE NO. 5846.95 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AF,EhIDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Of THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF BETTY LANE NORTH OF STEVENSON CREEK, CONSISTING OF 'LOT 21 BLOCK A, STE'VENSON'S HEIGHTS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1524 STEVENSON DRIVE, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. W HEREAS< tl e am errd rent to the future i and use plan element o f the corrpr e dense rye plan of the C y as set, forth n this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan: now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.. 'The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the here,r�aftar described property as follows: Property Land Use Categor Lot 21, Block A, Stevenson's Heights, Residential Lour according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 13, public `records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 5-11) Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5845-95.
