A4ENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CAROLYN LANE
WEST Or HIGHLAND AVENUE AND SOUTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD,
CONSISTING OF LOT 10, TERRA-ALTO ESTATES, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1456 CAROLYN LANE, UPON ANNEXATION
INTO THE CITY OF CLEARATER. AS SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL 5 (RS-8) ; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
91HEREAS. the assignment of a zoning district classification as see; forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable. proper and appropriate, and is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now. therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEA:RNATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County.
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater , and the zoning atlas of the City is mended, as follows:

Section S. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5842-95.
