City Clerk and tiiea Central Perm°i tin DIrector are directed to in lode and sh r the property
described herein ui �n the official reaps and records of the City.
Sedtaon 3. This ordinance'shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk
shall file rti 1e.d )pies of this ordinance, including;the neap attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Adm!nistrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after
adoption,
and sha6'l file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after
