CLEARVVATER,;FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Ifcllowin -described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater
and the'boundary lines of!the City are redefined accordingly:-
Lot , Block VIRGINIA. GROVE TERRACE, FIFTH ADDITION, as recorded in
Flat Book 51; Pages 3-44 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida {A 96'-

Section 2. The proAsions of this ordinance are found and determined to be nsistent
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission 'hereby accepts the
dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and ether dedications to tl,e public which have
heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City'Engineer, the
City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the properly
described herein upon the official reaps and records of the City.
Section 3_ This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Cleirk
shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including;the map at#eched hereto,with the Clem of take
Circuit Court and with th€ County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within:30 days after
