AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.,
, ANNEXINCP CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 70 FEET EAST OF GROVE DRI'V'E AND 89
FEET NORTH OF STATE ROAD 590, CONSISTING OF LOT 2,
BLOCK 2, VIRGINIA GROVE TERRACE, WHOSE POST OFFICE
ADDRESS IS 1794 EL TRINIDAD DRIVE EAST, CLEAR'�'VA T ER,
FLORIDA; INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND
REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY I-IDES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE:: SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the 0Wner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A had petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Sections 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable
requirements of Florida levy in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEAR WATER FLORIDA:
Section 11. The fall wing-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater
and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Lot 2 Block 2, VIRGINIA GROVE 'TERRACE, according to the ;map thereof
recorded in Eclat Book 37, Page 29, public records of Pinellas County, Florida
(A 93- 5)
Section 2. The provisions of>this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive` Plan. The City Commission ,hereby accepts the
dedication of all easements, pans, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have
heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City`Engineer; u be
City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official reaps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk
shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the mop attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida,' within 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after
adoption.
