AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,

SOUTH CIF NURSERY ROT, CONSISTING OF PART OF LOT
13, SECTION '19-29-16, ;PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION,
WHOSE POST'OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2355 NURSERY ROAD,'
CLEARWi4'TER, FLORIDA, INTO THE CORPORATE LINTS OF
THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE
CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the reel property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable
requirements of Floridal law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWXT-ER,`FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearu�<�ter
and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:

Section 2. The'provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Cleamveter Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the
dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which K ve
heretofore been made Iyy plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the
City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official snaps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk
shall fie certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached;hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within,7 days alfter
adoption, and shall file a certified;copy with the Florida Department of State within 34 days alfter
adoption.
