WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the rhap
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Section,171. , Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable

Section T. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater
.-and the boundary lines o,l the City are redefined accordingly:
Lot 8, Sloe S, Stevenson's Height Subdivision (A 98-23)
Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
N' 'with the City of Clearater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the

1dication of all easerrients, parks, rights-of-way;and other dedications to the public which have
etofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the
City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herain upon the official reaps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately capon adoption, The City Clerk
shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 343 days after
adoption. _
