LONG STREET, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY,
AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE I ID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described` herein and depicted on the ramp
attached hereto as}Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Secti6n! '171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable
requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLE.ARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The fbilowir g-described property is hereby annexed into'the City of Clearwater
and the boundary;lines,of the City are redefined a^t:ordingly:

Section 2 The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Cleaimrater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the j
1 ---dedication of all easements, parks, rights-as-way and Other dedications to the public which have
--heretofore been 'made by plat, deed or user with gift the annexed property. The City Engineer, the
3TAL City 'Cleric and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk
shall file cdrtifed copies of this ordinance, including the reap attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of.Pinellas County, Fiodda, within 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after
adoption.
