WHEREAS, the Isle of Sond Key Phase T Condaninium Association, Inc.
(hereinafter, the "Association") represents the owners of the tract of land known as
the Isle of Sand Key Condominium No. I (hereinafter, the "Condominium Property"),
established according to the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19 at Pages 86-
90 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and

WHEREAS, at a duly constituted meeting of the unit owners, it was resolved that
it was to the mutual benefit of the members of the Association to dedicate an
easement as more fully set forth herein, and
WHEREAS, water and sewer lines for the Condominium Property connect with
lines of the City of Clearwater, located under Gulf Boulevard, but have never been
dedicated to the City of Clearwater (hereinafter, the "City"), and
WHEREAS, by virtue of a dedication to the City, the Association would transfer
the responsibility of future maintenance of said lines to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City has sought a dedication of an easement containing the said
water and sewer lines, and
Wt-EREAS, the Association is aware that the City will, (subsequent to a
dedication by the Association), permit third parties to tap into the subject lines which
lie in the Easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, and
WHEREAS, the City has indicated its willingness to accept the dedication of the
subject Easement.
The Association hereby .acknowledges that the foregoing recitals are a material
part of this instrument.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the Association does hereby
dedicate to the City of Clearwater for the perpetual use of the public for proper,
water and sanitary sewer purposes, reserving unto the Dedicator, its successors or
assigns, the reversion or reversions thereof, whenever the same shall be discontinued
by operation of law, the Easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and the
water and sanitary sewer lines lying therein.
The Association hereby represents to the City that the Easement being dedicated
is free from any lien or encumbrance and no joinder of any mortgagee or lienholder is
required for the proper dedication of the subject Easement.
