EASEI"lENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived
therefrom, U.S.H. PROPERTIES CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, does hereby grant
and convey to the CITY OF CLEARv~TER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across
the land more particularly described on Exhibit f... attached hereto, lying and being
situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida.
This easement being for right-of-way purposes only, and the CITY OF
CLEARv~TER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above described pre~ises
and to construct, install and maintain thereon any right-of-way and to inspect and
alter such right-of-way from time to time. Provided, however, that in the event
improvements have not been initiated \'Jithin the easement area by the CITY OF CLEARI~ATER,
FLORIDA, within ten (10) years from the date of the Agreement of Annexation between
U.S. Home Corporation and the City of Clear\'Jater dated f.1ay 22,1972, then the easement
granted hereby shall terminate and be of no further force and effect.
