benefits to be derived therefrom,
EASEMENT
;V.S.H. PROPERTIES CORP., a Florida Corporation
does hereby grant and convey.to the CITY OF .CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A parcel of land 10 feet in' width lying in Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 16 Ea st,
and being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCE at the Center of said
Section 30; thence proceed S 00 12' IS" E along the center line of the Right-of-Way of
U. S. Highway 19 for 200.00 feet to a point of curvature of a curve to the left; thence
Southeasterly along the arc of said curve having a radius of 2864. 93 feet and a central
angle of 350 56' 13'1 for 1796.92 feet to a point of intersection with the center line of the
Right-of-Way of Countryside Boulevard; thence N 530 51' 32" E along said center line
for 140.00 feet; thence S 360 08t 28" E for 60.00 feet to a point on the Southerly Right-
of-Way line of said Countryside Boulevard the same being the POINT OF BEGINNING of
said 10.00 feet Utility Easement hereafter described; thence N 530 SIt 32" E along said
Southerly Right-of-Way line for 140.57 feet to a point of curvature of a curve to the. right;
thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve having a radius of 990.00 feet and a
central angle of 150 03t 40" for 260.24 feet; thence S 210 04t 48" E for 10.00 feet to a
point on the arc of a curve, said point bears N 2 JD 04' 48!I W from the radius point of
said curve; thence South"\vesterly along the arc of said curve having a radius of 980.00
feet and a central angle of 150 03' 40" for 257.61 feet to a point of tangency; thence
S 530 51' 32" W for 140.57 feet to a point on the Ea:sterly line of an existin~ 40. 00 feet
wide easement that is adjacent to and parallel with the Easterly Right-of-Way of U. S.
Highway 19 said point being also on the arc of a curve through which a radial line bears
S 47.0 18t43'I W; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve having a radius of
2724.93 feet and a central angle of 00 12' 37'1 for 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING.
This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described prelnises and to construct, install and maintain t} ereon
any utility lines and to inspe.ct and alter such utility lines from time to timE.
