AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING 4i LAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAUREL DRIVE,
SOUTH OF NURSERY ROAD AND WEST OF KEENNE ROAD, CONSISTING
OF LOT 3, X05 HILL, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1513
LAUREL DIVE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER. AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8 (RS-8) ;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan: now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
C LEARNATER. FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:
Progeartly Zoning District
Lot 3, Nob Hill , according to the crap or RS-8 Single-Family
plat recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 40, Residential O
of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida. (A95=04)
Section 11 The Central Permitting Director is di rested to rev i se the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section- S_. This ordinance shall take effect immediately :upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 5811-95,
