OF BE' CHER ROAD SOUTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING
GFL T 53, CLEAR'14ATER MANOR SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH
THE ABUTTING RIGHT-Oi-WAY OF RAGLAND AVENUE, WHOSE POST
OFFICE PElDRESS IS 1748 RAGLAND AVENUE, AS RESIDENTIAL
,&; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan ,()f the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is donsistent with the City's
comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows
Property Land Use Category'
Lot 53, Clearwater Manor, according to Reside ntial Low
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41,
Page 66. public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with the
abutting right'-of-way of Ragland Avenue.
