The City of Clearwater Environmental Management Office has
completed its stormwater and landscape inspection at your site.
The site is in non - compliance with the stormwater and /or
landscape ordinance's in effect at the time of site development
or modification. If you have any questions regarding this

REQVIREMENTS:STORMWATER: 1) It appearsthat the overflow
structure in the retention basin A at the southeast corner of
the property was constructed with the overflow elevation equal
to the pond bottom. The approved plans show this elevation
should be 1' above the pond bottom. In addition, it appears that
the underdrain was not installed in the retention basins. Please
provide calculations showing that the required retention volume
is provided, or if not, what proposed modifications will be made
to provide the required volume. These calculations should also
show that the required 72 hr. drawdown will be provided.
2) Repair erosion at the retaining wall in the middle of the
retention basin B. A concrete flume is recommended.
3) Remove sediment build -up at the inlet pipe in retention basin
A.
COMPLIANCE DATE: 01/22/1995
RECOMMENDATIONS:Remove stakes and tie downs on the newly planted
existing trees. Request an on site meeting for a detailed
explanation of the requirements.
To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be
conducted after the above,compliance date. Failure to correct
the requirements by the compliance date will result in the
issuance of a "NOTICE OF VIOLATION ".
