We received a conditional certificate of occupancy on the above referenced property on July
5, 2001. Last week the final fire alarm system inspection and the final fire inspection were
completed.
However, we will not be ready for a final landscaping inspection by August 1, 2001 and
would like to have that date extended to September 1, 2001. We will be starting to put siding on
the building by the end of this week and anticipate it will take 3 -4 weeks, and after that we will begin
the landscaping installation. As discussed with your office on July 5t'', there should be no problem
on the extention with this notification.
