CITY OF CLEARWATER UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 17th day of May , 1979, be-
tween U.S. HOME CORPORATION, owner of the below described property, party
of the first part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and Other Good and Valuable Con-
siderations to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and release
unto the said party of the second part, a perpetual non-exclusive ease-
ment over, under, and across the following described property, lying in
the County of Pinellas, Florida, to wit:
An easement over a strip of land 10.00 feet in width,
for the installation and maintenance of sanitary sewer
lines, lying in Tract "E" of the Plat of VILLAGE ON
THE GREEN, as recorded in Plat Book 78, pages 74 through
78, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, being 5.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
