($1.00) cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

drainage, water retention and utility easement over, under and
acrosS the following described land, lying and being situated in
the County of pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

The drainage, water retention and utility easement being
for utility installation.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct and
install any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility
lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these
presents to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto
