November 17, 2001
Larry Birdsall
Hennessy Construction
Dear Mr. Birdsall:
Based on the conversation you and I had on Friday afternoon,
November16. 200 i , concerning the club house irrigation system
completion date. As of Saturday afternoon, November 17, 2001, the golf
course maintenance crew has completed 2/3 of the irrigation system
around the new club house. The estimated cost of the irrigation system
around the club house and surrounding landscape is approximately
$12;000.00. As of Monday, November 19, 2001; there is approximately - .
$49000,00 of work to be completed the week of November 19 through
November 23, 2001. As requested by the City of Clearwater, I have
enclosed a check for 125% of the $4,000.00 worth of work to be
completed on the irrigation system. Enclosed is a $5,000.00 check made
out to the City of Clearwater, for a retainer until the work has been
completed by the golf course maintenance department.
Sincerely,
Keith Hering
Golf Course Superintendent
