Please accept this correspondence as certification that The Lane
Company will not attempt to obtain a permit over the Northwest
corner site until such time as a replacement easement has been
provided and the retention pond constructed.

EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in
hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, THE LANE COMPANY, a Washington Limited Partnership
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FWRIDA I a drainage,
water retention and utility easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situated in the County of Pinsllas, State of
Florida to wit:
See Attached Legal Description - Drainage Easement
for Northwest Retention Pond of Parcel 4 of The
Village At Countryside
The drainage, water retention and utility easement being for utility
installation.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FWRIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct and install any utility lines
and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time,
This grant of easement is temporary and shall automatically terminate
upon the recording in the public records of Pine lIas County, Florida, of a
permanent easement in favor of the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FWRIDA, serving the
purposes herein, described and incumbering lands within the vicinity of the
.above described premises.

OF THE VILLAGE OF COUNTRYSIDE
An easement over a tract of land lying in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3D,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, being
more particularly described as follows:
,- Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 30; thence S 89047'0711 W
along the South line of said Section 3D, for 2458.71 feet, to a point on the
easterly right-Of-way line of ENTERPRISE ROAD, an 80-foot right-Of-way; thence
N 27010 '5011 E, for 11. 26 feet, to a poi nt lyi ng 10.00 feet North of the South
li ne of Secti on 30, and 10.00 feet Northeast from the easterly ri ght-of-way
line of ENTERPRISE ROAD, being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 36008'2811 W on
