The Environmental Management Group will be conducting site inspections to determine compliance with the city Beautification Plot Plan, Sec.131.221 effective December,1981 and Land Development Code, Sec. 136.023 effective October. 14,1985. If the initial inspection finds the site in compliance no further action will be taken. However, if the site is found to be in noncompliance you will; be given an,opportunity to bring the site into compliance.
