E A S E MEN T
FORAND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, COUNTRYSIDE VILLAGE LTD.,
a Florida limited partnership, does hereby grant and convey to the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the
following described land, lying and being situate in the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A Ten (10') foot gas line easement lying five (5')
feet each side of all gas lines up to and including
all meters, but excluding any gas mains that may lie
under buildings or within five (5) feet of buildings,
AND an ingress and egress easement for refuse and
garbage collections and City of Clearwater service
and utility vehicles, all lying within the following
described tract:

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such
utility lines from time to time.
