DATE: January 9, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of December 8, 1988 approved
the above described final site plan subject to conditions including the
following:
I. Before the City issues a building permit, the developer must provide the
Public Works Department with an approved copy of the D.O.T. permit issued
for work in Drew Street right -of -way.
2. Signs and fencing /walls are subject to separate review and permitting.
3. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final site plan and all
requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3)
years of date of certification of the final plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above arld
distribute.

NOTES:
1. The filter sand shall be Tamco 20134 Radcliff Fine 6 -3, or equal, approved
by the Engineer, and meet current SWFWMD and D.E.R. Rules. The filter
sand must be washed (less than one percent silt, clay and organic matter)
and have an effective grain size of 0.20 to 0.55 millimeters In diameter; a
uniformity coefficient of 1.5 or greater, and a permeability rate of 0. 125
cm /sec or greater. If the permeabil ly rate of the filter sand Is less than
0.125 crnlscc a redesign of the filU, systein will be required at the Con-
tractor's expense. The Contractor }hall have thu sand tested and approved
by the Engineer prior to installations It is recommended that the Contractor
have the filter sand tested and approved prior to purchase and /or delivery
to the job site. i
2. The gravel material, enclosed by the filter fabric and surrounding the per-
forated pipe, shall be gravel In accordance with D.0.7 specifications with
no substitute being allowed. A minimum of 85% of the gravel shall be 2 times
the diameter of the pipe perforation!.
3. The perforated pipe shall have a minimum of sixteen (16) 313 inch diameter
perforations per linear foot of pipe ind be on the bottom 1350 of the pipe.
4. The filter fabric, being on all four tides of the gravel material and lapped,
shall be Trevira Spunbond S111S or S1120 or equal, approved by the Engineer.
5. The Contractor shall not backfill the drain pipe until the 6gineer has verified
and approved the drain pipe grades.
6. SWFWMD requires As-Built certification by the Engineer for 01s filter system.
Test reports from an approved laboratory on gradation and pet- peability shall
be included in the As-Built submitta l;
