REQUIREMENTS:LANDSCAPE: None at this time, site meets code
requirements.
STORMWATER: The site plan submited to the city indicates that
the pond bottom is required to be <6." below the weir elevation of
the outfall control structure. Our inspection revealed that this
is not the case, it appears that =the slope of the'�retention pond
adjacent to the parking lot'has eroded into.the pond bottom.
Therefore, we require the sediment buildup to be- removed to an
elevation 6" below the weir. 'Use -the removed sediment to rebuild
the slopes adjacent to the parking lot, then sod the bank for
stabilization. Remove the sediment from the equalizer pipes as
well. Also install a grease skimmer on the outfall control
structure as required by the site plan.
COMPLIANCE DATE: 05/24/1996
RECOMMENDATIONS:Request an on site meeting for a detailed
explanation of the requirements.
To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be
conducted after the above compliance date.' Failure to correct
the requirements by the compliance date will result in the
issuance of a "NOTICE OF VIOLATION ".

The City of Clearwater has initiated a stormwater retention
pond and landscape reinspection program which will affect all
sites with approved stormwater treatment systems and /or
landscape plans filed with the City of Clearwater. This courtesy
letter is to serve as notification that you or your organization
owns property which is included in this program.
The Environmental Management Group will be conducting site
inspections to determine compliance with the city's Land
Development Code, Sections 36.007, -42.27, 42.33 & 136. 023, Site
Plans, Sec.43.24, Beautification Plot Plan, Sec. 131.221. If
the initial inspection finds the site in compliance, no further
action will be taken. However, if the site is found to be in
noncompliance, you will be given an opportunity to bring the
site into compliance. Failure to do so will result in a notice
of violation being issued to the present owner or owners. The
violation will explain the code(s) violated, nature of the
violations and required correction date. Failure to correct the
listed violations by the date indicated will result in legal
action by the Municipal Code Enforcement Board of the City of
Clearwater. (Sec.162.06 (2) F.S.)_
This program is intended to improve the quality of surface
waters of the city and appearance of off - street parking lots and
other vehicular use areas, to protect and preserve the
appearance and value of the surrounding neighborhoods, to
improve the urban and natural environment and to promote the
general welfare through the installation and maintenance of
stormwater retention ponds and landscaping, for screening,
environmental and aesthetic effects.

landscape plans filed with the City of Clearwater. This courtesy
letter is to serve as notification that you or your organization
owns property which is included in this program.
The Environmental Management Group will be conducting site
inspections to determine compliance with the city Beautification
Plot Plan, Sec. 131.221 effective December, 19 81 and Land Development
Code, Sec. 136.023 effective October 14,1985. If the initial
inspection finds the site in compliance no further action will be
taken. However, if the site is found to be in noncompliance you
will be given an opportunity to bring the site into compliance.
Failure to do so will result in a notice of violation being issued
to the present owner or owners. The violation will explain the
code(s) violated, nature of violations and required correction
date. Failure to correct the listed violations by the date
indicated will result in legal action by the Municipal Code
Enforcement Board of the City of Clearwater. (Sec.162.06 (2) F.S.).
