EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOa ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a
Delaware corporation, hereby grants and conveys to the City of
Clearwater, a Florida municipal corporation ("City") whose mailing
address is 112 South Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516, a non-
exclusive utilities easement under and across and a drainage easement
for public use over, on, under and across the following described pro-
perty located in Pinellas County, Florida:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
The easement hereby granted is for the purpose of installation,
maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of drainage and
utilties facilities over, under and across the described land.
