EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar, cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
NORTHWOOD ESTATES, a Co-Partnership under the Florida Uniform
Partnership Act, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, an easement over,
under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereby and by this
reference made a part hereof.
This easement being for drainage and utilities
installation and maintenance, including right
of ingress and egress.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right
to enter upon the above described premises and to construct,
install and maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspect
and alter such utility lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused
these presents to be duly executed by its proper officers
thereuntoau.:thorized and i t,p seal to be hereunto affixed,
