ENGINEER. PRE HYDRANTS MAY BE UPLIZED FOR FLUSHING IF LOCATED
END OF THE MAIN. A BLOW -OFF THE FULL SIZE OF THE PIPE IS BEST IF
AT 1 HE END OF THE SECTION TO SAMPLED. IF THIS IS THE CASE, A
