Concerns exist with the grade changes within the property and- also -on- each- Norti- and -South properly -line- -- - - -- _ - -- Specifications: ❑ Hand demolish existing wall within 12 it of trees around perimeter. Grade change and erosion need to be address in the interim. The South property line should be demolished from the South side with their permission. ❑ The wall should be routed around selective trees. Minimal distances are listed with each tree where recommended. ❑ Root systems should be spanned with a lintel of the longest length. This to keep piers at a minimum..
