This work involves the demolition of portions of an existing concrete walk and steps, followed by the installation of a new concrete walk at the proper elevations. There will be no increase in impervious area due to these improvements. The estimated cost of this work will be approximately $2,120.00. 2) The realignment and widening of the drive - through access drive, to eliminate traffic problems currently occurring on this site. This work includes the removal of 2 existing trees (1 - 18" Oak and 1 - 18" Pine /to be replaced) to facilitate straightening the drive along the east side of the property. In addition this drive will be widened 41± to 24' wide. The existing 611''vertical curb will. be removed on the west side of the drive, then 155 LF of 6" vertical curb will be installed and asphalt with a limerock base will be installed between the new curb and the old asphalt (approximately 60 CY). The estimated :'-.cost of these improvements, including two replacement trees, will be approximately $3,157.50. 3) Site work required to return the project's retention areas to the grades which were previously approved and permitted. This work will consist of regrading swales and retention areas and resodding these areas. In addition, several low spots within the asphalt parking areas will be patched and made level to facilitate drainage and eliminate puddles. The estimated cost of these improvements will be approximately $2,800.00.
