INC. Z*04amOZZ45 R. low JE 1 .: 3023 Eastland Blvd. Clearwater, Florida 33761 July 29, 2004 Attn: Rick Albee City of Clearwater 100 South Myrtle Avenue Clearwater, FL 33756 Project: Project Number: Reference: Dear Mr. Albee: TBW Administration Building 06001 On July 7, 2004 we met with you at the Tampa Bay Water Administrative Office Building jobsite on Enterprise Rd. At the time, we were encountering circumstances that required a realignment of a portion of the storm sewer and a portion of the sanitary sewer. As a result of the realignments, root pruning was needed closer to the base of 3 pine trees (see attached sketch, the 3 trees are clouded). I want to restate my commitment on behalf of Tampa Bay Water, since construction will be ongoing at the jobsite over the next 6 to 9 months, Tampa Bay Water will replace those 3 trees over that period if they should die.
