Trees are identified and nymbered on the attached tree survey. My findings are summarized below: �2 Z TREE #1: 8" Qa k. Condition very poor. Die -back and chlorosis are advanced. Extensive scarring, die -back, chlorosis, potential hollow /rotted trunk. TREE #5 . 15 712" Double Oak. Condition f._- Central trunk has died. Two remaining trunks are leaning north, with little canopy south of trunks. Likelihood of included bark, rot at attachment to dead third trunk. Potential hazard. TREE #6: 18" Oak. Condition poor. Poor form, cross - branching, unhealed branch scars, potential rot and /or hollow trunk. TREE #7 i 28" Oak.
