I conducted an evaluation of existing trees at the above referenced site today. Trees are
identified and nymbered on the attached tree survey. My findings are summarized below:

TREE #1: 8" Qa k. Condition very poor. Die -back and chlorosis are advanced. Of
c, 5 [TREE #2:,. 21" Oak. Conditio fair. xtensive cross - branching, some die -back in canopy.
TREE #3: 30" Oak. Conditio fair. Extensive included bark between first major branch
and trunkcould pose a hazard to peop a and /or property. Canopy appears healthy.
TREE #4: 27" Oak. Condition very poor. Extensive scarring, die -back, chlorosis,
potential hollow /rotted trunk.
TREE #5 . 15 712" Double Oak. Condition f._- Central trunk has died. Two remaining
trunks are leaning north, with little canopy south of trunks. Likelihood of included bark, rot at
attachment to dead third trunk. Potential hazard.
TREE #6: 18" Oak. Condition poor. Poor form, cross - branching, unhealed branch scars,
potential rot and /or hollow trunk.
TREE #7 i 28" Oak. Condition jair _ Potential rot in trunk, potential hollow trunk, included
bark. lanopy good although some chlorosis.

canopy poor condition. Potential hazard.
