5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE REGARDING TREE REMOVAL, SITE
CLEARING AND LAND ALTERATION REGULATIONS.
6. POSSIBLE TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
ADEQUATE SIGHT DISTANCE, OR AS ORDERED BY THE ENGINEER. ALL EXPENSES
INCURRED FOR THIS WORK WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BID FOR CLEARING
AND GRUBBING.
7. MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN TRAFFIC UTILIZING FOOT STANDARD
SPECIFICATION SECTION 102 AND FOOT ROADWAY AND TRAFFIC DESIGN STANDARD,
INDEX SERIES 600.
8. WHERE CONNECTION TO EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS NOT INDICATED ON THE PLANS,
PROPER CONNECTION IS TO BE MADE AT THE DIRECTION OF THE ENGINEER.
9. ANY AND ALL MATERIAL TO BE REMOVED SUCH AS CULVERT PIPE, GUARDRAIL,
ROAD SIGNS, ETC. THAT THE ENGINEER DEEMS SALVAGEABLE SHALL BE NEATLY
