August 14, 2000 CITY OF CLEARWATER PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATION POST OFFICE BOX 4748, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33758 -4748 MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING, 100 SOUTH MYRTLE AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33756 TELEPHONE (727) 562-4567 FAx (727) 562 -4576 ,Walgreens 814 Cleveland Street Clearwater, FL 33756 A landscape inspection was conducted at the above referenced site on June 20, 2000. The inspection indicated all required plant material had been installed per City code requirements. While some plant material may not have been the exact height as indicated on the site plan, the quality was above average. Section 3- 1202(G) allows this flexibility within our code. With the current market conditions of plant material available, the overall quality of the plant material obtained is considered exceptional. The Oak trees installed were of Florida Grade #1 with a central leader. The City prefers a quality plant over a weaker plant of a larger size. With all of this taken into consideration the landscape meets the intent of the landscape code for the City of Clearwater. If I can be of further assistance, please contact me at 727 -562 -4746. Sincerely, A. Scott Kurleman Land Resource Specialist ONE CITY. ONE FUTURE. BRIAN J. AUNGST, MAYOR - COMMISSIONER J.B.
