FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, a corporation under the laws of the State of Florida,
the owner of lands used as electric transmission line right-of-way as described in War-
ranty Deed dated September 26, 1962 and subsequently recorded September 27, 1962 in
Official Records Book 1518 at Page 92 as Clerk's Instrument No. 993727A, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, as DEDICATOR, does hereby dedicate to the general public
a perpetual roadway easement area comprising that portion of its said lands as described
in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part
hereof, for the street, roadway and/or thoroughfare known as "Countryside Boulevard" and
for other public uses within said roadway easement area; provided that any use shall be
compatible with DEDICATOR'S transmission and related uses and consistent with sound engi-
neering safety practices; provided further that DEDICATOR shall not be assessed for any
improvements within said roadway easement area; provided further that nothing contained
in or contemplated by this dedication shall create any liability on the part of DEDICATOR
arising from the public uses hereinbefore mentioned; all of the above-mentioned conditions
being agreed to by the acceptance of this dedication. DEDICATOR hereby requests that this
dedication be recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said DEDICATOR has caused its name and corporate seal

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been fOTmally dedicated as street right-of-way,
although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
"WHEREAS, the City Commis s ion des ires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
