A contiguous hedge should be shown on the North and East sides of the site.
The hedge on the_North property 1 -ine (Court Street) should be .moved, back in order to allow a groundcover to be in fron "t
rof:t =i-n- order to create a tiered effect as viewed from Court Street.
28 interior shrubs are required and should be shown. There are three areas, beds extending into the parking lot, which
do not show any shrubs. These areas should clearly show what is going on in them.
It is unclear as to why new plantings are shown for the existing Intervest Building. Landscape in place is sufficient
and acceptable.
The proposed Ilex Shilling hedge shown along the center Property Line are shown outside of a planting bed. This should
be clarified and corrected.
On sheet C1.2, it is stated that required trees shall be a minimum of 6' high. This is incorrect, planted trees—should

The 33" Laurel Oak tree located in the proposed island is nearing maturaty an will not tolerate much root loss, the tree
also has some decay in one of the major branches, which could become hazardous. Recommend that the tree be removed.
However, if tree is to remain, designs should incorperate as large an island as possible, prevent any grade changes
within the critical root(drip line to drip line) and place the turf block sub -grade on existing grade. Plans must show a
cross section thru the critical root zone if any grade change is to take place.
