Kent,
This is to confirm our phone call today regarding an existing pine tree, an
island with a light pole, tree sizes and the placement of-shade trees at the
entrance of a cart path for fire /emergency vehicle access.
1. The island with an existing pine is fine and there will not be the need
to place an additional tree in that island;
2. Regarding the island with a light pole, it's understood that you will
attempt to move the proposed tree back a little to avoid conflict with the
proposed light pole;
3. 2.5 inch caliper trees will be fine for shade trees; and
4. It's understood that the trees at the entrance of the cart path will need
to be spread apart a bit to make sure that emergency vehicles have adequate
room to pass through.
