Planning Department

Clearwater, Florida 33758
January 4, 1999
Dear Mr. Perry:
Y am writing this letter as per our conversation at your depart-
ment on December 7, 1998 concerning our need for an extension of
time to put in the landscaping at our new construction. This
would include sodding the retention pond as required by SFWMD:
We would like to be able to receive a Certificate of Occupancy as
soon as the building is complete and not wait until we finish the
landscaping. We discussed the trees and "shrubs needed and their
location as indicated on the updated site plan. Currently we
have scheduled January 16 to do this work. We promise to com-
plete the landscaping within thirty days of the Certificate of
Occupancy.
Sincerely,
baj .
