RE: St. Cecelia School
Amendment to Final Site Plan (PSP- 93 -10)
Dear Lou:
Pursuant to our meeting on September 9, 1993, we are submitting 12 copies of the Final and
Overall Site Plan. We are requesting approval for amendment to the Final Site Plan.
This school, located at the intersection of Hillcrest Avenue and Court Street, was permitted and
constructed around 1959 with minor site modifications occurring since then. The existing site
has a total land area of 13.593 acres. Based on data obtained from the City of Clearwater
Building Department, the existing cumulative building floor area is 57,610 square feet. This
area was verified using an aerial photograph and scaling the existing structures. A copy of this
building data is attached.
The proposed site modifications consist of the addition of a new 2,000 square foot chapel with
courtyard, a 6,000 square foot classroom building and a stormwater management system. The
chapel and courtyard will replace an existing asphalt area while the new classroom will be
located in an existing grassy area. The total site area being modified is approximately 0.75
acres. Additional minor ,modifications are identified on the site plan. Based on the above
information, the addition in building area is 14 percent. The overall modification to the site is
just under six percent. This is well under the threshold of 25 percent.
In addition, please find enclosed Check No. 7160 in the amount of $150.00 for the review fee.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
