Dear Alan,
To confirm our conversation of Monday, 11 -30 -87 regarding completion of landscaping
activities at the Flagship Restaurant.
It is our understanding that your department will release the property for occupancy
provided the entire site has no stripped soil exposed at the time of opening which
is set for Saturday, 12- 12 -87. We very much appreciate your cooperation in this
matter particularly as it will help simplify the relandscaping of Island Way when
all the work is completed at the same time.
All our final inspections are set for Tuesday, 12 -8 -87 and we anticipate our
Certificate of Occupancy and Health Department approval on Wednesday, 12 -9 -87.
As we indicated in our conversation, Port Square Construction, Inc. commits to
having the landscaping completed to your satisfaction within sixty (60) days
of receiving a Certificate of Occupancy on the restaurant.
