LIMITED OFFICE (00: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of he City as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and Lipp r.:'priate, and is consistent
with the City"s Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore,
6HEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it is in the public
interest that a Limited Office zoning designation is appropriate for the subject
property even though the property contains a lesser area than the minimum
specified for that zoning designation; now. therefore,
E3E: IT ORDAINED-BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA:
Section J_, The following described property in Clearwater, Florida. is
hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:

Section 2. The Central Permitting Director i s directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. and
subject to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance 5785-95, by
the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and the State land planning
agency,
