spoke with you on behalf of Sun Bank, the property owner,
concerning the need to install two trees in the interior
islands of the property. Sun Bank of Tampa Bay sold a
portion of the property (known as 831 Hercules Avenue
North) in 1992. We want to be sure that the areas
requiring trees are areas owned by Sun Bank. We are
enclosing a survey of the property. A copy is also being
