Specifically, To be in Compliance with Section 3 -1204 you must replace the missing and
dead Ixora bushes and Oleander bushes in the West perimeter islands. Replace missing
and dead Minima Jasmine in Islands in drive thru. Replace dead and missing Indian
Hawthorne in landscaping bed along Gulf to Bay. Replace missing Varigated Minima
Jasmine in interior drive thru islands. Replace dead and missing Oleander bushes in East
perimeter landscaping bed. Replace dead and missing Indian Hawthorne in the
landscaping bed along East side of building and around the ordering sign in drive thru.
Replace dead and missing Croton Mammies in drive thru along the South and West wall of
building. Mulch any and all landscaping bed on property according to Section 3 -1204 Part
B.
THIS VIOLATION CITED ABOVE MUST BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO 12/15/2008. FAILURE TO
CORRECT THE ABOVE LISTED VIOLATION BY THE DATE INDICATED, OR RECURRENCE OF THE
VIOLATION AFTER CORRECTION, WILL RESULT IN A LEGAL ACTION BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER OR BY THE PINELLAS COUNTY COURT. SUCH ACTION MAY
RESULT IN A FINE. THE ALLEGED VIOLATOR MAY BE LIABLE FOR THE REASONABLE COSTS OF
