Specifically, To be in Compliance with Sedction 3 -1204 replace dead and missing Minima
Jasmine in West perimeter at entrance off Gulf to Bay Blvd. Replace dead and missing
Viburnum suspensum in landscaping bed along Gulf to Bay. Replace 1 missing Bracken
Magnolia in the landscaping bed along Gulf to Bay Blvd. Replace dead and missing Ilex
Schillings, Coontie Palms, Shore Juniper, Aztec Grass, Mexican Petunia Dawarf, and African
Iris in the South and East landscaping beds. Replace missing and dead Shore Juniper in
North perimeter landscaping bed along Shelly St.
No further action is required on your part if the violation is corrected by August 24, 2008.
