Property Location: 8017 Mitchell Blvd., New Port Richey
Dear Mr Langille:
Florida Power Corporation is pleased to provide power to the above referenced property. Enclosed are the
necessary easement documents required for the installation of electrical facilities.
Please return the executed Easement, with original signatures, to this office. A copy may be made for the owner's
records. Instructions are included for the verification of proper execution of the documents, however, feel free to
contact my office to discuss this matter.
Please keep in mind that FPC is unable to move forward with the scheduling of construction without the
receipt of these properly executed documents. Do not alter Easements without Florida Power Corporation's
prior approval, as this will further delay scheduling.
Again, contact my office with any questions or comments regarding the Easements, please contact Barbara Beggs,
Distribution Engineer, at (727) 372-5104.
Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter. We look forward to working with you and meeting
