The City of Clearwater Planning Department has done an inspection at the above address and has found
the property is in violation of the following City code:
Section of City Code violated: 3- 1204.L. Facts behind violation: * *DEAD, DECLINING, MISSING AND
DISEASED PLANT MATERIAL ** shall be replaced with healthy material of similar type in keeping with the
landscaping requirements at the time of original planting and in accordance with the approved landscape
plan.
Specifically, To be in Compliance with Section 3 -1204 PartL you must replace the missing
Juniper Parson in the island at the entrance of S. Nimbus. Replace the missing Juniper
Parson around the menu sign in the drive thru. Replace the dead and missing Viburnum
bushes in the East and North perimeter hedge. Mulch any and all landscaping beds on the
property according to Section 3 -1204 Part B.
No further action is required on your part if the violation is corrected by August 22, 2008.

would appreciate your assistance in achieving this goal. If you have any questions concerning this matter,

If you would like to replace the crape myrtles in the front with two cabbage palms with the above specs that would
be acceptable.
2. Is this aluminum railing going to be one foot wide? It seems like the railing could be installed and only take up
a few inches if abutted to the pavement and still maintain the three foot wide landscape area?

As I mentioned in our phone conversation on 2/14, 1 have some changes in our site plan I would like to
present to you for approval.
1. On the patio, replace the 2 Crepe Myrtle trees with 2 Robellinii Palms at each end of the schrub line.
2. Change the distance from the curb to the patio edge from aft to 2ft. This will allow us to add an
aluminum railing 3ft high around the perimeter of the patio addition for safety concerns.
3. Add a Crepe Myrtle to the edge of the hedge at the Nimbus Ave. entrance.
4. Add a Crepe Myrtle just north of the drainage area on the southeast side of the property.
5. Area to the rear of the building divided by concrete walk will switch plants on each side with each other.
This is necessary due to a plumbing change that had the grease trap switching sides to now be behind the
