1. For new construction, additions or other modifications of a property which involve the removal of a protected tree(s),
a site plan is required. This site plan must have a minimum scale of 1 " =20' for single family lots, or 1 " =50' for all others. The
site plan must include;

2. Protective barriers are required around all trees remaining on site during construction. These barricades must remain
intact during construction. The barriers must meet City Specifications.

1. Tree replacement minimum standards: 12' overall height, 4" caliper, Florida Grade 41. See Inspectors note below to
determine the number of replacement trees required. Replacements required within 30 days.

1) chang out the Crape Myrtle trees in the interior island with
Sabal palms or Live Oaks for better visibility for vehicular and
pedestrian traffic in parking area.
2) continue the Viburnum hedge along the other two property
lines abuting neighboring parcels.
3) change the Crape Myrtle on the north propertyline to Live
Oaks or Magnolia and wrap them along the west side of
retention pond.
4) trees on perimiter buffer should be 35' on center.
5) there are a few areas that could have additional ground
covers that will maintain better than sod. Specifically between
the single parking space and the two to the west, and the area
just west of those two spaces.
6) 6" curbing is required at ALL locations where parking
surface meets sod or landscaping. Wheel stops are additional
in parking spaces.
7) The parking area along Gulf to Bay is not shown as
changing... as discussed in our pre - application meeting there is
a 15' minimum buffer required. Please adjust plans and show
landscaping in the frist 15'.
