the property is in violation of the following City code:
Section of City Code violated: 3- 12041. Facts behind violation: * *DEAD, DECLINING, MISSING AND
DISEASED PLANT MATERIAL ** shall be replaced with healthy material of similar type in keeping with the
landscaping requirements at the time of original planting and in accordance with the approved landscape
plan.
Specifically, To be in Copmpliance with Section 3 -1204 Part L you must replace 6 Florida
Grade #1 Crape Myrtle bushes along Gulf to Bay Blvd. Replace the missing Plumbago
bushes in the southeast corner of the landscaping bed on Gulf to Bay Blvd. Replace the
dead and missing Lirope along Gulf to Bay Blvd. Mulch any and all landscaping beds in
accordance with Section 3 -1204 Part B.
No further action is required on your part if the violation is corrected by August 22, 2008.

approved landscape plans filed with the City of Clearwater. This courtesy letter is to serve as
notification that you or your organization owns property which is included in this program.
The Public Works Administration, Urban Forestry Division will be conducting site inspections to
determine compliance with city's Land Development Code, Sections 42.27 and/or 42.33. If the initial
inspection finds the site in compliance, no further action will be taken. However, if the site is found to be
in non-compliance, you will be given an opportunity to bring the site into compliance. Failure to do so will
result in a notice of violation being issued to the present owner or owners. The violation will explain the
code(s) violated, nature of the violations and required correction date. Failure to correct the listed
violations by the date indicated will result in legal action by the Municipal Code Enforcement Board of the
City of Clearwater. (sec. 162.06 (2) F.S).
This program is intended to improve the appearance of off - street parking lots and other vehicular use
areas, to protect and preserve the appearance and value of the surrounding neighborhoods, to improve
the urban and natural environment and the promote the general welfare through the installation of
