As we discussed there will not be a removal fee associated with the removal of the oak tree we talked about. No
additional replacements will be required as the approved landscape plan shows enough trees to cover this removal.

Note* So many trees on site have little or no basal flare I recommend monitoring of these trees
on an annual basis by an IS9 certified arborist and figuring out the reason for this condition
and developing a plan to remedy.
I affirm that my opinions have been made in good faith, with no coercion from others. I
further affirm that I have no interest with the parties or people involved with neither this
issue nor any interest with regard to the outcome.
