a site plan is required. This site plan must have a minimum scale of 1 " =20' for single family lots, or 1 " =50' for all others. The
site plan must include:

CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. All construction shall conform to the minimum standards set down in the City of
Clearwater land development code, zoning, and /or related ordinances as applicable.
CONSTRUCTION NOTES
1. All existing information as provided by survey data prepared by George A. Shimp
II and Associates, Inc.
2. Any discrepancies between the engineering plans, architectural plans, or City of
Clearwater Codes shall be brought to the engineer's attention prior to construction.
3 All practicable and necessary effort shall be taken during construction to control
and prevent erosion and transport of sediment to surface drains and to lakes and
also to conform with permit conditions.
4 Plans are not valid for construction unless signed and sealed by a Professional
Engineer Registered in Florida.
5 Special care is to be taken so trees remain unharmed during construction.
6. The location & elevation of existing utilities are approximate as shown and it is
the contractors responsibility to determine the exact location and elevation of the
