WITNESS: That the parties of the first part, for an in consideration of the
sum of One Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to
them in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do hereby grant and release unto said party of the
second part an easement for the construction and maintenance of an under-
ground sanitary sewerage transmission main through the following described
property, The party of the second part warrants that it will return the property
to existing condition after installation of main and after any instance of mainten-
ance: The westerly ten (10') feet of the northeast 1/4
of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Flo rida .
