WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Plan, now, therefore.
WHERE=AS,* the City 'Commission has determined that it is in the public
i n-lerest that a Neighborhood Commercial zoning designation is appropriate for the
s.ubjeCt- property even though the property contains a lesser area than the minimum
specified for that zoning designation; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:

To: Neighborhood Commercial (CN)
Section 2. 'The Central Permitting Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall tale effect immediately upon adoption, and
subject to approval of the land use category set forth in Ordinance No. 5771-95
by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and the State land planning
agency.
